Honest answers,
no fine print.
-
How long does a brand build take?
8 to 14 weeks for a full system. tighter timelines possible if scope is locked and decisions move fast on your side.
-
What's actually included in a brand engagement?
strategy, naming if needed, identity (logo, type, color, motion), system (components, templates, rules of use), guidelines, and rollout to your priority surfaces. you own the source files.
-
Do you handle naming and trademark search?
yes on naming. we run preliminary trademark and domain checks before we get attached to a name. final filing goes through your IP attorney.
-
Do you work alongside in-house creative teams?
often. we partner with internal designers, marketing leads, and CMOs. before we start, we agree on the seam so nobody steps on the other.
-
Can you refresh an existing brand instead of starting over?
yes. refresh is its own engagement: audit, what stays, what evolves, what retires. faster and lighter than a ground-up build.
-
What happens after launch?
you keep us on retainer for application work (campaigns, packaging, content, social), or you hand off to your team with full source files and a guide they'll actually open.
-
Can you build the website too?
yes. brand and web from the same team. no handoffs, no translation loss between strategy and the surface a customer first sees.
-
What size engagement does this typically run?
scope-dependent. after a 20-minute intro call we send a tiered breakdown so you can see what's in each. minimums apply.
